related to personal growth, storytelling, attraction, life enhancement, dating, warriorship, and the male and female mind

Hi, I'm DJ. Some of you may know me from my work with Neil Strauss, my cameos on Master the Vibe, my appearances at Cliff's List, or from another venue. Perhaps we have met before or maybe we're just getting acquainted. At any rate, I want to share with you my work...work that is near and dear to my heart because it allows me to combine my backgrounds in social coaching, personal changework, Eastern philosophy and warrior arts, event planning, entrepreneurship, and emergency services.

My approach can best be described as "Balanced and Unified Living." By finding balance between the masculine and feminine, the spiritual and the material, the outer and the inner, we can craft our lives into the soil that enriches us......and brings us all the attraction and abundance we can handle. We do that by taking things a piece at a time and using all the training wheels we need....and then being willing to let them go when the time is ripe for us to make the leap into the void of mastery.

I am available for personal 1 on 1 coaching in the following areas:

Dating and Attraction

Personal Storytelling

Inner Game

Setting and Achieving Goals

Female Mind and Communication

Finding Balance as a Man or Woman

Meditation

Setting up your life for success

Self Protection

Please email me at coachdj@gmail.com for details.

About DJ

DJ’s quest for knowledge began when he was a young child. In his early teens, he met a master of NLP and hypnosis who mentored him for 9 years in these disciplines and life coaching in general. Shortly thereafter he met two other mentors who initiated him into the Asian martial arts tradition and spiritual lineage of which he continues to practice and teach. Around the same time, he also completed a 2 year mentorship in Oriental Medicine. These teachers taught him using extensive storytelling, a skill which he found developing within himself as well.

Just before college, DJ became a firefighter and EMT and continued his training through college to become a paramedic. He spent 8 years working in fire and EMS and now draws from his experiences in high stress chaotic environments to show others how to stay calm and centered under pressure.

In college, DJ started a payment processing company which continues to sustain him and has grown into a company with clients in nearly every state.

After college, in his mid 20s, DJ sought more knowledge about the nature of male-female interactions and went on to a short gig as a master instructor for Mystery Method followed by an invitation to speak at Cliff’s List 2005 and 2006. It was during this time that he developed his unique “Art of Personal Storytelling” seminar to help men understand how to convey their life experiences to others. He also developed his “Art of Conversation” program to give men the tools they need to confidently and elegantly navigate any social situation. Finally in 2006, he was invited by Neil Strauss to become one of the founding coaches of Neil’s Stylelife Academy, a position he still holds. This past summer, he was featured on a special presentation of Master The Vibe with Christian Hudson and Stephen Nash.

In 2007, drawing from his understanding of eastern philosophy, he presented a program on “Understanding the Female Mind” along with his female coaching partner Lisa which uses a yin and yang model to help people understand the fundamental differences between the masculine and feminine. He also authored, along with a friend, “The Social Alpha Paradigm” a model for men to realize their own social power by becoming more likeable and friendly.

In 2004, DJ undertook an intensive weekend seminar in storytelling while in London.

In order to grasp a complete understanding of social dynamics, DJ served as an event planner in New York City in 2004 and 2005 organizing charity fundraising events at some of the most prestigious venues in the city.

Recently, DJ undertook training in executive protection (bodyguarding), counter-stalking, and the psychology of dangerous human behavior so that he could better understand the motivations of people who wish to harm others.

Today, DJ continues to grow as a student, teacher, and explorer of all that life is and can be. He spends most of his time engaged in his own practices and with his teachers seeking more knowledge and wisdom that he can share with others. DJ’s eastern philosophical background creates the framework through which he teaches others. That framework combined with grounded and practical modern skills is what DJ brings to his workshops. Through an understanding of how the universe works admonishes DJ, we can grow into our own highest personal power and potential in ways that lend to growth for not only ourselves but those around us as well…and are a heck of a lot of fun!

DJ emphasizes that though his programs give men the tools they need to become more magnetic with women, becoming a more attractive man is a process that involves inner transformation and as such, most men find all aspects of their lives evolving and growing. DJ’s experiences with Asian teachers have led him to strongly believe that one who is looked upon as a teacher should be a model of what it is that he or she is teaching.

Others are saying:

DJs conversation workshop was, in my opinion, one of the pivotal elements that helped bring all my talents together. I’ve already had quite some experience before his workshop, but now with the formula and exercises we’ve run through, my confidence in ALL my interactions has gone WAY up. Its unlike ANYTHING there is out there, I’m certain (I’ve done my research) DJ, I gotta give you a big ass thanks for this wisdom you’ve been able to revolutionize our lives with. L. Brown, Montreal

I think that part of my problem with approach anxiety is not knowing what to say. Now that I have the formula for creating some killer stories, that shouldn’t be much of a problem anymore. R.L. Raleigh, NC

DJ was a really good instructor, that wasn’t focused strictly on skills to get girls; which was a relief, because these skills should prepare you for the 95% of your life that you don’t spend in a bar.  He showed us how we should be using stories to  convey things about ourselves.  He was able to present it in a clear manner that makes it seem so obvious, that you want to slap yourself for not having been able to put it together.  I was shocked that this material was not covered in the weekend bootcamp workshop.  C.F. Miami, FL

Whoever has not taken DJ's storytelling workshop should take this. This workshop is golden opportunity to learn how to convey yourself through a story that shows a woman that you have an interesting, attractive, and strong identity. I've taken this workshop last November when DJ used to teach and he gives you a large array of tools to craft your stories to bring a woman into your world and show her how you are like no other person she's ever met before. Not only will you get a chance to learn how to craft your stories but you can ask DJ any questions regarding about your sticking points and game. Believe me, this man is very insightful, since he's hung out with some of the best out there in the world. Cameleon, NYC

“I saw one of the guys who was in DJ’s conversation skills seminar and was a bit socially awkward on the train and he had several girls with him. Wow what a change!”–Lisa, one of my lovely seminar assistants.

Dear DJ
I want to thank you man.  When I took your storytelling and conversation seminars last year, I never thought something like my job would depend on the same set of skills I was learning to improve my game.  You see I work in the non-profit world as an educator.  Half the year I educate children about science and the finer points of catching frogs, the other half I fundraise.  It is hard work to convince the super rich to part with even a grand of their hard won cash.  In fact, there probably isn't a day in their life that someone isn't asking them for a piece of their fortune.  This is not too dissimilar from the life of a hot babe where everyone is looking for a piece of them.

Just last week my organization had a fundraiser where we invited a handful of wealthy philanthropists from our city to attend an awareness dinner were I was asked to speak about the program I run.  In preparation for the dinner, I reviewed my notes from your seminar and crafted a speech designed to emotionally capture my audience.  When the time came for me to speak, the words just flowed naturally from my mouth.  I had my audience leaning in to listen to my every word.  I had them laughing, and most importantly I left them yearning for more.  Later on during dinner, I matched the values of my program to the values of my audience.  One donor in particular seemed a bit cold at first, but when she learned that our program achieved the same goals as projects she had founded in the past, she became much more open.  So open in fact she has pledged five grand toward our organization.  DJ, I share these things with you because this stuff really works!  Not only has your seminar series improved my game, it has also played a tremendous role in all other aspects of my life.
Thanks,
